Dr. Kuo graduated from Peking University Health Science Center with his medical degree and completed his internal medicine residency at Overlook Medical Center, part of Atlantic Health System, in Summit, New Jersey. He is a former attending physician at Morristown Medical Center and Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, where he proudly served the local community for more than 10 years. Dr. Kuo has extensive inpatient/acute care experience from working as a hospitalist for over 15 years. These experiences as a hospitalist benefit patients greatly in the outpatient/clinic settings.

A strong relationship between physician and patient is central to Dr. Kuo’s approach to care. He takes the time to build trust with his patients, encouraging open communication so that health concerns can be identified and addressed early. He provides patients with the information they need to make informed decisions about their health while supporting them as they work toward better long-term outcomes. In addition to providing care in English, Dr. Kuo speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and is committed to providing thoughtful, personalized care to patients with a wide range of medical needs. His philosophy of care is rooted in prevention, patient education, and developing lasting relationships with the individuals and families he serves. Dr. Kuo's commitment to care for his patients is one of the most common feedbacks from his patients.
